The Board of Directors of the Wasaga Beach Women's Business Association consists of up elected members. 2024-25 term consisted of 13 board members. Each year at its annual AGM, a new Board of Directors is elected to serve our members. It is important that the members of the Board bring with them the personal qualities, competencies and skills required to ensure that the Board of Directors meets or exceeds our members expectations. As a member and supporter of our business association, this meeting is an important and beneficial one for you to attend.
We are in need of Directors and Board Chairs, please consider joining the board. We need new blood. All WBWBA members are welcome to put their name in and run for any of the available positions. If you wish to run for a position on the Board, please let us know by *email at info.wbwba@gmail.com. Please let us know by May 9th if you wish to run for a position.
If you are unable to attend and wish a proxy form, please email our treasurer (Cathy) at wbwba.treasurer@gmail.com to request one. OR download the PDF via the link provided in the email sent to all members. Fill out the form, scan your completed document and email it to our treasurer. Proxy’s may also be dropped off to Debra Harrison (WBWBA Secretary) at Auto Tech ’N Tire.
Location: The Hive, 1441 Mosley St #1, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2B9 Mix and Mingle: 5:30 pm, Dinner: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, AGM Meeting: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Zoom option available to those unable to attend in person
Cost: Members $5.00 per person (in-person and/or via Zoom) Meal: a la carte (limited menu)
