On November 14, 2017
the Wasaga Beach Women’s Business Association will be
electing new members to our Board of Directors at our
Annual General Meeting.
Your 2017 Board is getting ready for our annual AGM on Tues November 14th .
Here are the candidates that are offering to serve on our Executive Board for the coming year.
President - Tanya Snell
Vice-President - Karen Lynn Newman
Secretary - Lorrie Ferguson
Treasurer - Cathie Hunt
We would like to congratulate our vice president Christina De Palma on the exciting expansion of her business. Unfortunately, due to this she has withdrawn from running for President for 2018.
Our Board also consists of up to 8 Directors and Committee members, we are looking for ladies to step up the night of the AGM to help propel our association forward. These committees include;
Membership, Speakers and Events and Communication (Website, eblasts, newsletters).
Don't be shy, everyone has something to contribute and the time commitment is minimal (1hr per month)
Voting for all positions will take place at our AGM and you must be present to accept the nomination.
Please be sure to register for the November AGM. We would like to see as many active members as possible there to help provide feedback and direction for the coming year. This will be the meeting that will celebrate the accomplishments of 2017 and set the foundations for 2018 and network with fellow members.
Dinner will be white fish with rice and vegetables, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
